I am a lesbian and I am trying to get my girlfriend pregnant by me! How can I do that?? And how much would it cost to get her pregnant??

Welcome to ehealthforum,
To have a pregnancy resulting, egg should meet the sperm. To have her get pregnant, you will have to arrange for a donor to have donor sperms and have her egg get fertilized either by IUI or IVF. Discuss about these procedures in detail with your gynecologist. You yourself cannot get her pregnant since you cannot produce sperms.
