length to cervix

OK! so i didn't know EXACTLY where to stick this so I put it here. I need some help. Though I'm trying to stay away from actual sex, I'd still like to know something that's been on my mind.

I've had sex a few times. Under ten times really. But it seems like every time I had, something went wrong. You see, i'm a fairly small person. 4 feet 10 inches to be exact. And the boy I was having sex with didn't have a very large penis. about 4 or 5 inches. well, every time we'd have sex, it'd go good for a few minutes, and then it seemed his penis kept hitting this really hard barrier inside me. And it hurt REALLY bad every time he tried to push his penis in farther. And i don't know what it is. What that barrier is. I was thinking it was probably where my cervix was, but he's not that long. If that was the case, then there's only about 4 or 5 inches between the opening of my vagina and the cervix. So i'm not sure.

Don't feel bad, the same has happened to me! I'm 5'2", short also. My boyfriend's penis is like 4 inches, and he has hit something inside that hurts too. I think our boys are trying to overcompensate for what they think is a small penis, so they really try to 'stick it to us'! LOL! Just tell him that he doesn't have to go that deep, that it actually hurts, and try to kind of reassure him by letting him know that his 'size' is just right for you. I did this with my boyfriend, and no more pain! =) Also, maybe he's getting a little too excited and doing it accidently. By just talking to him you should be able to get some relief. And I think this "barrier" you're talking about could be the cervix, because if you're in a position kind of pushing down, and he's really going at it, I think you could hit it.

Yeah the same thing happens to me. I am also only 5'2 and my boyfriend is only about 5 inches. When he does go too deep it does hurt sometimes. Sometimes it does feel good. I think that he feels like he needs to make up for the size of his penis. Hes very self-conscious about it. I always try to tell him that it is fine and he knows how to work it well and thats all that matters.

Yes, that's probably your cervix. The length of the vagina is not really that long. It grows when you're aroused, but still isn't like 10 inches or anything (of course different in every woman)

Also, the time in your cycle will affect how it feels, for example, I can't have deep sex right before my period because my cervix is too sensitive and it hurts. Other time, like mid-cycle, it feels good.

You can probably find positions where it can't go as deep and still feels good for both of you, start with you on top so you can control the depth.
