leg vein system

I have spider veins which worry me, i cannot say for sure if they cause pain and they are not like varicose veins these are small thin blue veins in a small coin size cluster almost like a bruise. Does having these mean my large vein valve system is compromised? I am 35 and interested in maintaining good leg health.
