I recently had a fall on my bike and have a nasty bruise on my inner thigh. It's made the whole back of my thigh sensitive even though the bruise is only about 2 inches in diameter. What is the likelihood that this is a blood clot? When should I see my doctor?

I suggest that you see a doctor ASAP to try to get a diagnosis.
