what is my stage? How long I will survive. and what will be the next symtoms. What will be happen in my next stage?

The precise diagnosis wasn't given. Stating that you have a “Mole in my right foot” is not a diagnosis.
Leg swelling could be due to lymph circulation stoppage (lymphoedema) caused by inguinal lymph nodes removal.
