Q: Leg pain and vains.
asked by: meblonde01 on August 8th, 2008
Extremely eHealthy
I have some varicose vains on the back of my legs. in the knee crease. My question is, has any experiance leg pain from Vericous vains.
I have leg pain usually at rest. A little during the day, but mostly at night when I am in bed. I walk 2 miles every day have for years. In the evening my ankles swell some too.
This pain is a stabbing like pain right along my chin, but it's not chin splints because it doesn't hurt when I walk. Nothing hurts when I walk.
Just curious if anyone else feels heavy tired legs and pain "at night" with varicous vains.
Thanks!

Yes, I have tired legs!

What I do to help is I elevate them. I can feel the blood draining (it's great for the lymph nodes and endocrine glands) and I wait until I feel a little numb in my feet before bringing them level again with my body. This helps w/ circulation and I really notice a difference. I do this also before I go to bed. It's calming.
