left leg got caught in a bar stool and I fell ending up with a big indent in the front on my calf / shin - is this something I should be worried about - will it go back to normal - what kind of dr should I see if I need to see one???

tibia and fabulla was fractured in an accident.could not fold leg even after 14 months.
