Above my right knee - halfway down my thigh - keeps going numb. It lasts a couple of mins and if I don't move my leg it stays that way. It doesnt matter what position I'm in it still continues to happen.

You might have a pinched nerve or even a clot. Something is decreasing the feeling or the circulation. It's probably best if you get situation evaluated by a doctor.
