Noticed for the past week that there is a twitching in my left arm, between the lateral part of my bicep and tricep. It's mostly been annoying, causing me to loose sleep, etc. I've found that if I keep it stretched, like behind my head, I don't notice it and that's how I cope.

The reason I am posting, is that I've also noticed that my left arm is weak/sore...like I would feel a day after lifting weights or something. It gets fatigued quickly and starts to burn with not much effort. And this is not necessarily coming from the same place its twitching... mainly in my bicep and forearm. I'm also starting to get a small twitch in my left eye brow area. Not bad though.

Lastly, this may be unrelated, but I've been consistently waking up with a headache, located just above my eyeball. It seems to be on one side, and the pain is felt in the back of the head on the same side, almost like an arrow went through my head.
One morning that the headache was more pronounced, I almost passed out from laughing. The laughing evidently pushed blood in my head, which made me extremely dizzy and vision went black for a second.

If anyone can give me some ideas I would appreciate it.
Thank you,
Matt
