Left testicle split in half

Hey! I am a kid and am pretty worried about something, but do not want to talk to my parents about getting a doctors appointment unless it is necessary.

Basically, my right testicle in 100% normal, oval no lumps, etc.

On the other hand, my left testicle seems as if it is split in half. I feel as if I have three testicles, one large (my right) and then two small ones connected together (my left one). They are still heavily connected, though, but I can feel and see the split clearly.


I have had the issue for around two years, so I still think that nothing is wrong.
