How come sometimes my left testicle is larger and sometimes it shrinks down in size to match my right one? yesterday, i was hit there (but not very hard) and today, when i was in a car, it swelled up and got bigger. When i laughed too hard, it started to hurt... sometimes when i moved around it also hurt... is there anything wrong with me? and it seems to be two testicles on my left side (the larger one) the bottom can be moved around. When my left testicle is small, there seems to be only one. sorry if i am not being clear but is there something wrong with me?
