I am no doctor, however I am presently suffering a problem my slef and have done a lot of reading of late. The first thing you do if you haven't already done it is got to the doctor.

The probability is that there is nothing wrong. If you are not suffering any pain there is little chance you have a problem. A testicle can die if it twists, however if that happens you will more than know about it. The possibility is that the other one has got larger and has made you think the one you are worried about is smaller.

Once again see your doctor

well i havent gone to the doctor yet but after i have checked again i have found a small little bump on my left testicle, is this bad or what.... please post. Go and go quickly. I am sure that all will be ok, however it is the part of a mans body that you can't take a risk with. A bit like breasts on a woman.

I myself am having some horrible problems with my testicles and all the glands that surround them. I am presently off work and my sick pay runs out Friday. Until I have been given every antibiotic that has been invented I can not be referred to the urologist. When I am referred to him I will expect to waite for weeks and even months to see him. When I see him he will book me in for a scan. I will then be put on a long waiting list for this. This will probably go on for months and months. Yes, you have guessed it, I live in the UK. At least you have a system that works, and don't think ours is cheap, we pay a fortune in something called national insurance.
