I'm a 16 year old boy. I was working out one day like usual and then I com home and notice a lump on my testicle. I can't notice the lump but I can feel it. Every time a touch a specific place on my testicle I feel a dull pain on it and on my lower left ab. This had never happened to me and I'm never in serious pain I don't even need advil because there is no pain until I touch it. I havent notice any redness or changes to my testicles only that lump. I have no pain in my penis at all. I hope this isn't serious becuas eI've never had any testicle problems before and I'm a virgin. Please help me.
