left side chest pain

Hi, name is Martin. I have been having pain in my left chest for about 3years now.Am tired of going to the hospitals, hence this medium. Am resident in Nigeria, the health service is poor.

Now when ever i sit in an air conditioned place, like in my car or at home.
i instanly feel pain on my left chest,it makes me dizzy and tired
it feels like theres a lump there.

Have bn on antibiotics treatment and no solution.

Lately in my office i dont use airconditioner, as am typing this email its hot in here. still i feel my chest now that am a bit bent over typing.

i will most appreciate any response, cause this pain is killing me gradually.
