Hello,
what could this be? I woke up with this at about 6.20am after being stuck in a sort of half-dream / half-reality state for about 20 minutes. It's now been 11 hours and it's not gone away at all, and I'm a bit bad-tempered because of it. Thanks in advance

edit: by the way, I'm 20, male and of a healthy weight
