left ribs pain

sir,
i am facing left ribs pain since long. the pain goes from left lower front to back. Iused to get dizziness and weakness. I have gastritis also. I have undergone 3 times endoscpy no the result is nil GRED. I am feeling that left side of my ribs porting is heavy than right side. one kind of burning sense develops and lies almost all the day. heart burnings, itching also there. kindly enlight to whom i have to consult a gastroenterologist or a general physician or a chest specialist. my abdomin is tender, chest and neck pain (some times only), no blood vomiting or blood in urine. If i get tense on any issue immediatley i have to got to bathroom. there is no constipation problem.
