Left pains under my rib cage (spleen region)

Hello my name is Nicole and I have been having issues lately with a pain in my left upper quadrant right under my rib cage in the spleen region. It hurts but it's not unbearable at the moment. But when I press on it the pains are sharp and it feels harder or tighter on that side. The reason i'm worried is because I have had my gall bladder removed due to a diseased gall bladder and many, many gall stones after my second baby. I'm worried because I know after gall surgery the loss of your gall bladder can cause other issues with other organs in the body. I've also been having pains in my lower adominal. I have a IUD which worries me, it's birth control. If you have sny information that could help me, please let me know or if you've been through this or are going through it.
