Rheumatoid and OsteoArthritis for many years until cannot get humira. Now, right hand numbness and throbbing pain awake me from sleeping. What can I do? I elevate them, move them, run them under water and pray to get back to sleep. Any ideas?

My left leg has been numb for about a year. When it is numb the clothes I have on that touch it causes extreme pain. What do you think it may be?

Left leg numbnes
I have the exact same symptoms as you - even down to the left leg being numb. Oddly, if I don't eat grains - none, especially no wheat, corn or rice - the symptoms lessen considerably. Giving up grains is hard, though. I crave them - like an addict - for three days before the cravings start to dwindle. However, it is worth the relief in arthritis symptoms, no pain in the joints and no edema in the legs!
