Q: Left lateral pain

Hello, I have developed this pain that goes from just under my left rib moving laterally back toward my back spine, it comes and goes, but mostly gone when i sit still, have notices swelling in all 4 extrimites, loose stools, joint pain and nuasea! got any advice? Removed gallbladder, Total histo!
