Approx. 3 days ago my left hand began to tingle and went numb, my vision got flashy, and I could not see properly, the left side of face went partially numb including my nose and tongue. I also have severe pain and pressure behind my right eye directly inward from my temple. All fast movements, coughing , farting, bending, sneezing make it worse. Any ideas. Please help.

Headache and Migraines Answer A32406
Hi, welcome to the ehealth forum and I am glad to help you.
You seem concerned by the numbness, tingling in left hand and left hemiface and pressure and pain behind the right eye.
The symptoms that you have described might be due to Migraine aura involving your vision.Migraine auras include a variety of sensations — often visual, but which also may include other sensations, such as numbness — that precede or accompany a migraine. Aura can sometimes occur without an associated headache.
You can discuss the same with your personal physician and decide the course of management after the confirmation of diagnosis.
Hope this helps. Take care.
