Q: Left foot pain

Good afternoon, i'm 55 and I have this unusual foot problem. I have not injuried my foot to my knowledge, but I have this pain in my left foot when I get up from sitting for an hour or get up in the morning. It hurts at the top of the foot and towards the heel. The unusual aspect of the pain is that it goes away after five minutes of walking and I don't feel any discomfort unless I sit or sleep for an extended time. May be you can give me answer to this infirmity?

Mike

Sounds like osteoarthritis or plantar fascitis. Check out footdocstore.com for proven foot pain solutions. Good luck
