If you've caused any kind of trauma to ur hip you may have a problem with the cartilage. I had a labral tear in the left hip and my pain started like yours but got to the point where no matter what I done I was in pain, even with very strong pain relief. You should ask your doctor about getting an mri to check the cartilage. It took me 6 years to get mine so don't let them just put it to the side for a later date! Hope this helps Very Happy
