My name is Emily. I am 22 years old. I have been fighting these symptoms, (left leg and arm hurting all the time, headaches, hard to walk) since sunday March 1st, 2009. I have since then had an MRI and it came out okay i guess. They were thinking MS before the MRI. That was negative which is good. I have not gotten anymore answers. It is like no one wants to listen. I have a 1 1/2 year old and can't even play with him. My husband is at a loss. I am only 22 and have no clue what is going on. I can't work so money is tight. Does anyone have any information that could help me. I have called neurologist and no one will talk to me of course without a referal. I can't get in to any neurologist until March 31st. I think that is a long time to wait for answers considering i am in pain all the time and no one will give me anything for the pain at all. The only thing i can take is tylenol which isn't even touching it. Anyways if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Emily

I know this will sound hokie, but you need to start doing yoga stretching daily and begin right away. More often than not, yoga stretching can assist with many problems from MS to pinched nerves to heart related problems and the list goes on and on from there. It may sound too simple to work, but it's not. Grab a yoga magazine and start stretching until you get the answers you need from the doctor. You WILL find that it helps as soon as the first week of practice. I had the same pain as you and it has helpped soooo much.
