I had an excessive bleeding during periods, accompanied by pain in the abdomen and pelvis. I visited a doctor, who suggested a blood test for B12 and D vitamin content. My abdominal scan shows a left adnexal cyst of 10 cm x 7 cm. The doc advises surgical mode. Can it be cured by oral medicine or is there any other treatment/caution about this condition (it is non-malignant) ?
