Q: Left abdominal pains and lower back pain

I have been suffering from pains in my lower abdomen,mostly on the left side somtimes the pain is so bad i cant go to the toilet and this results in consipation or stomach upset, im also having severe pain in the lower back.
could u please help me as itis interfearing with my collage work.
