For 7-8 months I have had low grade fevers of 99-100. In march I had appendicitis. A few months later I had respiratory infection and a vaginal infection both of which have cleared up. About 3 weeks ago I had my gallbladder removed due to disease. Previous to the gallbladder attacks I started having sharp stabbing pain on my left side across from belly button and a little up from there and still having. Also have pain across lower abdomen that is super painful during bowel movements and sometimes even without BM's. Still having severe painful diarrhea and nausea. I'm weak and exhausted and never feeling well. Everything I eat comes out immediatley if I can force myself to eat. I also have a hemmrrghic cyst on my right ovary. I could really us some advice as to what I should ask the specialist could be wrong. I have lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks unintentional because the food doesn't stay in long enough. Still have the persistent low grade fever as well. On occasion I will have pain in my left chest and also in the middle. Please help

If I were you I would start with a full blood work-up. I would also ask for a colonoscopy. Your body has been through a lot. Also, a fever is usually telling you that your body has some kind of infection. You might also want to ask for an MRI or scan of the abdomen. I sure hope you feel better soon.
