Left Abdominal Pain (Early Pregnancy)

I am having some pain on my left abdominal area. I am in the very early weeks of pregnancy. When I first got my hcg checked it was around 250, two days later it was 698. I am very scared that I might have an etopic pregnancy. I get some pain on my other side as well, its not horrible pain and it comes and goes. It does not effect my daily life I am just very afraid it could be etopic, are there any other reasons why I might feeling this pain sometimes?
