I was 4 days late starting a my next pack of birth control and had sex,could I be pregnant?

If you don't start your pack of pill straight after your 7 day break, it is advised that you wait 7 days from the day you do start the pack before you have sex, as you would if you missed a pill one day.
I assume the effect of the pill is less effective rather than ineffective, but there is still a slight chance you MIGHT be pregnant as a result of it. Take a test if you're really worried about it... I've done the same thing sort of thing before.
