late period took plan b

I had unprotected sex feb 5th in am then later that night got my period. I wasnt sure what could happen so the next.day took the plan b pill at night. My period was light and lasted 5 days. I have no symptoms other then some bloating and some discharge and lil cramping as I would before starting my period which have been noticed the past couple days. I still have not gotten my period yet. I heard that the pill will mess with your cycle. I took 3 pregnancy tests over the weekend all said negative. Im not sure what to do, because I heard home tests are not accurate at times and I used different brands at that. If anyone has been through this same situation please let me know before I go crazy lol. Thx
