Im almost 2 months late on my period. This has happened before an I wasnt pregnant. But now im feeling really tired, hungry, feeling the urge to pee alot, no energy an I am an active person. Should I take a pregnancy test?

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum

If you are two months late, feel the urge to urinate a lot, tired, hungry and with no energy, then the first thing to do is rule out pregnancy by a pregnancy test.

If this is negative, the best thing to do would be to get a gynecological check up to rule out PCOS, infection, STD. Hypothyroidism and stress along with hormone imbalance should also be investigated. Hope this helps. Take care!
