A late period could indicate pregnancy but
not necessarily. The possibility for
pregnancy is very small in your case
because your tubes were tied. You can
take a pregnancy test to make sure. You
may want to consult your gynecologist
about this.
Stomach pain and sickness are probably not
related to your genital system. Simple
gastritis can cause your stomach problems.
If this stomach situation lasts more than
a week you may want to consult your
primary health provider.
Tiredness is a common condition for many
conditions and diseases. If tiredness also
lasts more than a week you can appeal to
your primary health provider for clinical
examination and blood tests.
