hello. how did you determine your date of ovulation? what type of protection did you use when you had sex?

after ovulation, the period shows up within 14-16 days. this is the second phase of your cycle. it is not nearly as variable as the first phase. if you were stressed while you were supposed to ovulate, you may have ovulated late which will delay menses. however, worrying now will not delay your period if you have already ovulated. there are several things that may be going on here.

1.you miscalculated when you ovulated and your period may be due very shortly.

2.your period may not come this month if you never ovulated. this can happens to a woman once a year or more depending on her level of stress and other factors.

3.you could be pregnant. i recommend taking first response early result if your period has not come within a week.it is the most accurate test.

my period was 2 weeks late a few months ago and i had no clue why. i was so freaked out. i couldn't think of anything else and my head was spinning. i was assuming the worst. all you can do is wait it out. then take another test. make sure you do it exactly like you're supposed to so you cna be confident in the results. take care.

3.
