Q: late period and back pain

Almost 10 days prior to my period due date I had a very light pinkish spot on my panties.My period is late by a few days I have back pain,exhaustion and felt nausea sous yesterday afternoon and today in the morning.My stomach feels upset and I'm scared to eat due to fear of nausea.My breast are not sore and most of the time I don't feel as I'm going to have a period.I'm very much confused is this the beginning of a viral infection? could I be pregnant? Please let me know your opinion.Thanks
