I come off the pill around two months ago and have had a period since then .. ive had unprotected sex twice since coming off the pill and this month my period is late. Ive been feeling sick when i wake up and of a night. I have back pains and been having dizzy spells but im not showing anymore of the common signs like sore breasts etc. I was wondering is it a big possibility that i am pregnant or am i just worrying myself over nothing?

Unprotected sex puts you at risk for pregnancy. The first big symptom of pregnancy is a missed period. Since your period is late, you should take a test.

I know its my best bet but as my period is 5 days late i thought i should wait it out a little longer to see if it arrives? Or should i just go for it and do a home testing kit tomorrow?

You can wait if you're more comfortable with that, but a pregnancy test would be accurate right now. It's completely up to you - but I would recommend testing so that you'll have a definite answer one way or another. Otherwise you'll spend the next few days wondering.

Ok so i never got round to doin a home testing kit but worked out i had unprotected sex on the 17th of aug and around the 27th maybe a few days later. Earlier when i wiped after the toilet i noticed i had a bit of brown blood not much at all i was wondering is it around the sort of time i would have an implantation bleed or is it my monthly arriving?

Implantation bleeding usually occurs around the time a period would be expected to arrive. It's usually brown or light pink and comes in very small amounts.

It could be your period. It could be random spotting. It could be implantation bleeding. A pregnancy test is a good idea right now.
