ok so i had my son on jan. 8th 2009. i got the implanon march 28 2009 i had it in since may 12th 2010 which is like 1 year 2 months. im 18 and we are ttc. had sex may 12 and everyother day/everyday after that. started testing with ovulation tests on may 27, took a pregnancy test on june 7th said neg. today the 10th i think i got a pos. ovulation with answers ov. test but with the new choice dollar store test it was neg.? going nuts havent had a period at all since i got it out. plus never had a period with implanon, my last period was on march 28 2009 help!!

Welcome to ehealthforum.

You would require to get a blood beta HCG levels test to confirm if you are pregnant (since you had a positive ovulation). The urine pregnancy tests can show false negative results (a negative test even though you are pregnant) due to less concentration of the HCG (pregnancy hormone) in urine during early pregnancy.
If the blood test also comes back negative, then further work-up would be necessary to find out what is happening with you , and why you have not had your periods.
Discuss these with your healthcare provider/gynecologist and go ahead with further tests and treatment.
