Q: Late period after first sex ?

I'm sixteen, had protected sex 3/3 and 3/5, and was due for my period 3/11. I did not get it and it's been three days since. I've been a little more tired than usual, my breasts are sore (especially my nipples), and a little bit of pain in my lower abdomen. I should probably add that my sex on 3/3 was my first time. Several people have said that being late after losing their virginity happens often, but I'm not so sure.

id wait a little longer before being worried . Only answer is to get a pregnancy test and make sure you get yourself tested for STDs and such . Also can i ask why you werent using protection in the first place

Its common to miss your period after having your first time so close to where having your period is marked. I wouldnt be so worried unless your lower abodomen keeps hurting after at least 4 days.

I would go see a doctor after 3 days of your missed period and go get a pregnancy test after about 4 days.

Make sure that you were tested and that your boyfriend was tested. And dont worry, look to your doctor and friends for some support if you are pregnant, if your parents do not know, then i suggest you talk about sex little by little to whoever you are closest to in the family. its better to turn to your family for support than most friends or even your boyfriend ^^
