I was 2 hrs and 20 minutes late taking a green reminder pill. Is that okay? I took it, but the info sheet said to throw it away and keep taking the other pills at the same time the following day. What do i do next? Confused

Extremely eHealthy
if its just a reminder pill i dont really think it matters at all...they contain no horomones they're just placebos to keep you on track...keep taking your pills on time you should be fine
