Q: Late menstrual period after Ectopic Pregnancy

Dear Doctors,

I had an ectopic pregnancy and it was removed by injection in the 16th Feb..After that I had one normal period in the 18th March...
Today is 21st of April and my period did not come yet.. I did a HCG and it was negative, just want to know if that is normal? and when should I be expecting my period? Or could I be pregnant and the blood test did not show it?
