I am currently taking aviane birth control, and have been taking it for over a year. I have been consistently skipping the last two pills in the pack every month so that I get my period Monday-Friday every month and don't have it on the weekends. I take my pill at exactly 9 every night, but on the 12th day of my cycle, I took it at 11pm. The next day I had unprotected sex Sad which is not like me because my docter told me to use condoms if I'm going to skip the last two pills every month. We stopped a few minutes through intercourse, neither of us orgasmed...but I'm completely stressed that I won't get my period next week...are the chances very high that I will get pregnant, given my situation?

The chances aren't especially high that you will become pregnant but it is still a possibility.
I'm confused about one thing, though. Unless you're only taking the pill to regulate your periods, what is the point of being on the pill if you have to use an alternate form of birth control? Don't get me wrong, when I was on the pill I would usually double up with a comdom and or spermicide just to be on the safe side.

I originally started on the pill to make my periods lighter and less painful, but then I started having sex after the first year or so. Im going to start taking it perfectly next month, I just really hope it's not too late-I'm so scared of getting pregnant!

Aviane is a COMBINED ORAL CONTRACEPTIVE PILL, so even if you had taken it up to 12 hours late, your protection would not have been compromised at all! Combined pills provide a huge window for when you can take them. With a progestin-only pill, your window is 3 hours. So even if you were on a progestin-only pill (which you are not) you still would have been protected. Trust me, that 12 hours of leniency is great.

Since you always take your pill around the same time, you are probably in the "perfect" use rate, which means you are more than 99% protected against pregnancy. People who sometimes miss pills are referred to as "typical" users, and their rate of protection is still between 92%-97%.

I am very very sure you are not pregnant, as taking a combined pill 2 hours late would make no difference at all.
