Q: large white spots on penis

hello
since past few months i noticed that there was a white spot on penis ,, laterly there r more spots like that starts appearing , these spots are too on my thighs and on others body parts vey small in size but on penis size of whits spots are large.

suggest me some medicines which help me to remove these spots. thank you
