Hi, so i'm 18 years old and there is a very large lump on the right hand side vagina outer lip near the bottom. It is VERY VERY sore, i can't walk or sit properly. I've done a little research and found it could be a swollen gland? but i'm not sure. I really need to know how to help the pain and get rid of it?

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Vaginal lump can be due to infection, inflammation,or a cyst.Since the lump is large and painful chances are there that it has got infected and might require antibiotics for treatment.
Consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation.Meanwhile you can apply Neosporin powder available OTC for relief.

Take Care!
