Can any Drugs or poisons cause large pupils or dyslexia?

There are many drugs that can lead to large pupils. The more common of these drugs include some of the anti-depressant medications, antihistamines, as well as an anti-nausea drug called scopolamine. Poisoning with some plants such as hemlock can also lead to dilated pupils.
I'm not aware of a link with dyslexia and medications specifically.
