My mother has a bony lump the size of a golfball just below her elbow & refuses to go to the doctor to get it checked out. She says the lump is painless & she isn't that worried about it. She's smoked for @least 40 years & I'm terribly affraid that the smoking is going to be the (early) death of her.

any idea of what the lump might be? tumor? cyst? She's had it for about a year now....

any thoughts ould be appreciated!
