Large lymphoma tumor under arm

Has anyone ever seen a lymphoma tumor this big (approximate size 8x12 inches). Location is under the left arm- inflammation of the lymph nodes (type- Cutaneous B-cell lymphoma) Patient is a woman in her seventies- no other health issues.-. Patient is now undergoing a CHOP serious- initial treatment started 3 weeks ago- second treatment schedule Monday. After one treatment tumor has become softer with a possible tiny adjustment in size. Patient feels good- hair is just begun to fall out. Seeking anyone with knowledge of tumor reaction, patient reaction, what to expect, hospitals, and Doctors, would be greatly appreciated.
