I found a hard (sort of) lump on my labia minora the other day (on the side, toward the middle)- It is now much larger- i took a warm bath and applied a warm wash cloth, but it is quite large (about the size of a pistachio) and nothing seems to help. It is pretty sore...

Anyone know what this could be? I am really worried. I have had sex only once (few years ago), and tested for STDs, but am now worried this could be cancerous (HPV-related), or will not heal properly on its own.
