I've spent last week sailing the Whitsundays on a 10m catamaran. I didn't get too sick on the boat, but when we docked at the marina on thursday I started experiencing motion sickness once on land. It's now monday and I am still feeling ill and I still feel like I'm bobbing in the water and rolling. I've read some info on this and apparently it can go on for weeks, months or years. I am not vomitting or having any other problems. It's worse today and making me feel sick. Has anyone else experienced this and how do I get rid of it?

Please help!

You might try physical therapy. Physical therapy can help guide you through repeated motions in a controlled situation to help your balance-sensing system adapt to motion...or the reverse effects of motion.

You might want to go to an ENT and check your fluid balance.

I've experienced feeling like I've still been on the waves and can still feel the water on my body after I've been swimming in the ocean, but it's never actually made me ill.
