I was on Lamictal for 5 years and ultimatly was maxed out a 400 mg a day. I was told not to get prego or breastfeed at the time because of the side effects of lithium.(one pesky side affect is hypothryoidism) Since its such a small amount I personally would feel its safe to be pregnant on it but i disagree to breastfeeding because regardless it is getting passed to the baby.
