Hello,

I am an intelligent and motivated college student. I am friendly, funny and easy to talk with. I can carry conversation with anyone regardless of his/her niche in our clique society. However I have one problem. I am not gifted with the member that should match my personality. I have heard multiple studies claiming the average penis size to be in the range of 5.1 to 5.7 inches erect and others claiming 6.0 to 6.5 inches erect. I have two questions that I wish addressed in this discussion. Suppose you are "talking" with a new guy. He is charming, humorous, clever and on the cuter end of the spectrum. Further suppose that it is "time." The final chance to check out the ride before you buy it so to speak. Come to find out, his member is anywhere between 4.5 inches and 5.0 inches erect. Let's make it 4.75 inches for a more general case. Provided you did not break out in laughter and leave, would his brains outweigh his bronze in your opinion? And two, if he could not deliver your orgasm through intercourse, then would you be happy with him? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated and please feel free to elaborate further on emotions, thoughts, etc.

the difference between 4.5 and 5.0 inches wouldn't mean a dang thing if i loved the guy. probably 90% of women don't get orgasms from penis-in-vagina penetration only (there's got to be some external clitoral stimulation for most women to have an orgasm).

so here's my point. throw away your ruler. consider it defective or whatever you need to do just to forget these measurements. you'll probably meet some real nice girl who's seen 2 or 3 penis' in real life and all of them would have probably been close enough to yours in size that unless she took out a ruler, she'd never know the difference.

here's some final, parting advice. 1) relax. 2) learn how to use your penis, your body, your hands, your fingers, and especially your tongue.

if you do those 2 things, you'll never have a problem making a woman plenty happy. trust me. i know.

Jazzy77 is right on with her assessment of the situation. You should not be worried so much about size, I know, I know, that a lot of magazines, videos (porn or otherwise) give the impression that "size is important" and "size is everything" but that is not true. It has always been how each person can please their partner. That does not equate to having both orgasm solely through intercourse.
I know that for myself, I rarely orgasm through intercourse - just having a penis ramming in me is not going to do it. I need clitoral stimulation and to have my breasts, nipples and sometime anus, played with, licked and caressed.

So as Jazzy so aptly put it - "throw away your ruler", relax and concentrate on how to make you lady feel good all over.

I did not see my husband's penis until our honeymoon night...I guess I was born in the "olden" times or was just plain too inhibited...He saw everything that I had....I loved the man....I loved the way he made love to me...What he had between his legs was important, but not important...It was the man that I loved....He had a tongue like a lizard and the fingers of the painter Michelangelo.....He owned my heart...I could have lived with these alone if I had to....

So you're saying that if the guy is hung like a pack of life savers and he is your type in terms of personality and delivers your orgasm orally, then you would be happy? If your arguement is true, then why is the issue of penis size such a dilemma in society? Furrytail, do you have a preference in penis size? And Jazzy, when was the last long relationship you were apart of with a guy who had a 3" penis? It is not my intention to be gloomy and rude. I just seek honest and realistic answers. Thanks for the input. I appreciate it.

First do I have a preference in penis size? No. As I mentioned earlier, it is how the man uses his penis, or any other part of his body to provide pleasure that counts. So you area not going to get me to agree to any particular size or length.

Yo Royal!

Royal, the only reason the issue of size is a "dilemma" in society is because us guys have bought into this Hollywood perfection crap. We think we're supposed to look like George Clooney - in the good old days - and be hung like porn stars. Well there's no such thing as perfection and we were made how we're made for a reason. I can say from experience, being smaller than average myself, whatever the hell average really is, that size doesn't matter. My girl doesn't care about my dick, if she did she would've stayed with her ex (he was at least average). All that matters is we pleasure each other during sex. We've been together quite a while and its always worked for us.
