Q: Lactating Breasts

For the last few days both breasts have been lactating and very tender. I took a home pregnancy test yesterday and it came back invalid. I had my tubes tied almost 9 years ago. I've had 3 children and I'm very scared. Is it really possible that I could be pregnant or am I over reacting?
