Q: lacrimal duct blocked ?

I have had this problem for over two years and I am really desperate for an answer...I hit my nose on the side of my pool and I think that is the cause. I have a lot of pressure down the left side of my nose and around my left eye. It feels like there is fluid building up around the corner of my eye and it won't drain out unless I rub it and then blow my nose really hard. I can't lie down on my left side or even turn my head down that way or it throbs and the pressure gets really bad and causes a headache on that side around my eye. When I do massage the area and then blow my nose fluid comes out and I feel relief for a few minutes but then it builds up again. The only relief I feel is when I lay down on my right side. Then I feel like the fluid drains out the other side normally.
I have had my tear duct checked and it is fine, and I don't have excessive tearing. I also was told I had a deviated septum and had two surgeries for that but they did not help at all. My Dr told me my sinus's are fine too.
I have nowhere to turn and I need help! I feel (from my desperate attempts at googling anything close to a symptom to try to find an answer) that my nasolacrimal duct is blocked, maybe at the very end where it meets my nose. (When I press on the area aroound my eye I can feel it tickling down where the bone ends in my nose)
Does anyone have any advice on what kind of Dr I should see? And what tests they can do? I live near Philadelphia and have seen a few Dr's at Jefferson and Will's.
I am willing to travel, I'm at the end of my rope!
Thanks!
Kate
